What this message writer does
It writes a confirmation you can copy or open in WhatsApp. You enter the client, the service, the date, the time, the address, and an optional note. The date is written in full for your language, and the time is written in short form. You can edit the draft. The page does not send the message, and it does not ask you to log in.
Why nail techs send a confirmation
A time that lives only in a spoken booking is easy to mishear. A short message with the service, the weekday, and the address gives the client something to check, and it gives you a thread to point at if they arrive on the wrong day. The draft stays yours until you decide to send it.
How to use it
- Enter the client name and the service. Both are required.
- Add the date, the time, and the address when you have them.
- Add a note only when you need one extra sentence, such as parking or a deposit.
- Write the message, then edit any line that does not sound like you.
- Copy the draft or open it in WhatsApp, and read it once more before you send.
How the message is written
The draft starts from a template with the placeholders {name}, {service}, {date}, {time}, {address}, and {notes}. The date field is a calendar value such as 2026-04-16, and the message writes that day in full, including the weekday. The time field is a clock value such as 14:30, and the message writes the short time for your language. Both are built as a local date and time. If the date or the time is missing, or it cannot be read, that part stays as you typed it. If notes are empty, the notes sentence is left out.
A worked example
Press Use example. The client is Maya, the service is Gel manicure, the date is 2026-04-16, the time is 14:30, and the address is 12 Pink Street. Notes stay empty, so the draft has no extra note. It opens with a hello that names Maya and the gel manicure, then lists the full date, the short time, and 12 Pink Street, and it asks her to reply if she needs to change the time. Edit the box if you want different wording, then copy it or open it in WhatsApp.
How to read the draft
The text box is the message the client would receive. Check the weekday, not only the day number, and check the address before you send. Copy puts that text on your clipboard. WhatsApp opens a new chat with the same text filled in. You still choose the contact and press send there. Writing the message again replaces the box with a new draft from the fields.
Tips for confirmation messages
- Send the confirmation the day you book, while the visit is still fresh for both of you.
- Use the note for parking, a door code, or a deposit. Leave it blank when you have nothing extra to say.
- Read the weekday before you send. A full date makes a wrong day easier to see than a number alone.
- Use the same service name you show on your price list so the client knows what they booked.
