1. About AppNail

AppNail is a digital appointment book for nail technicians, beauty salons, and related professionals. It helps you schedule appointments, manage clients, register services, track business performance, and organize your daily routine. The App may be offered for free with advertising. Some features may require an optional premium subscription if made available in your region. These Terms apply to all users of the website and the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. By using AppNail, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your data on your device

AppNail does not require account registration at this time. The information you add in the App is saved on your device. You can export, download, and back up your data, save the backup wherever you choose, and import it on another device to restore your appointment book. If we introduce optional accounts or sign-in (for example, with Google or another provider) in the future, we will update these Terms. Until then, you agree to:

• Keep your device and backup files secure
• Maintain your own backups regularly using the App's export features
• Understand that uninstalling the App without a backup may permanently delete data stored only on that device
• Use [email protected] only for help with the Service—not to recover local data we do not host

4. Premium subscriptions

If AppNail offers optional premium or PRO features through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, the following applies: Payment: All payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or store your payment card details. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings. Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. User content

The App allows you to add business and client-related information, such as appointments, client contact details, services, prices, notes, supplies, and other data you choose to store on your device. You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process this information on your device and through technical services needed to run the App, solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you add and for complying with applicable privacy laws when handling client data
• You will not upload harmful, illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• You will not use the Service to harass others or conduct unlawful business practices
• You will not abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the Service

6. Data collection and privacy

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AppNail in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law
• Interferes with servers, databases, networks, or security measures
• Circumvents technical limits or abuses the Service in bad faith
• Uses automated systems (bots, scrapers, or scripts) without our written permission
• Uploads malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others

8. Intellectual property

All content provided by us through the Service—including branding, logos, design, graphics, text, and software—is owned by Akyno Apps or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission. You retain rights to the content you create inside the App, as stated in Section 5.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• That data will never be lost, corrupted, or temporarily unavailable
• Compatibility with every device, OS version, or third-party platform

10. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services such as analytics, advertising (e.g., Google AdMob), app distribution platforms, and subscription tools. Optional account or sign-in features may be added in the future. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review separately. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or data practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous availability

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akyno Apps shall not be liable for any data loss, loss of revenue, business interruption, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, issues caused by third-party services, or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for premium features in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50) if you have not made any such payments. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App, discontinuing use of the website, and canceling any active subscriptions through your app store account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be published on our official website at appnail.net, including on this Terms of Use page, with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after revised Terms are posted, you agree to the updated version. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
